ITST Questionnaire and Survey
General Questionnaire
The Tsunami Questionnaire is comprehensive and requires a person with technical experience to fill out. Scientists should fill out this questionnaire, or use it as a guide, to ensure they don’t forget to collect anything. They may fill out only a portion of the questionnaire based on their study research interest.
We ask that you return the Questionnaire to ITIC (itic.tsunami@noaa.gov), IOTIC for compilation, or to provide a summary of your compilations in a report to the ITST Coordination Team
Eyewitness Survey
The Eyewitness Survey is a survey that can be used to interview eyewitnesses or other layman. It is more general and seeks to capture what they saw and how they reacted. The intent is to apply it immediately to as many people as possible.
We ask that you return the Survey to ITIC (itic.tsunami@noaa.gov), IOTIC for compilation, or to provide a summary of your compilations in a report to the ITST Coordination Team.
