PTWC Forecast Products using RIFT model

PTWC Enhanced Text, Graphical, and Statistical Products for scenarios around the Pacific using the RIFT model software.  More information on the PTWC Enhanced Products implementation and PTWC's use of the RIFT model is available in the PTWC Enhanced Products User's Guide for the PTWS (IOC TS 105). 

Information on the methods used by PTWC for travel time computation and wave amplitude forecasting, including discussions on RIFT model limitations and uncertainties, and recommendations for islands and atolls, is available by downloading the following presentation (PDF).
