Most importantly, a Visa 315 (researcher) is no longer required for conducting ITST-Palu Surveys.

MORTHE Letter to Palu Immigration Office, ITST-Palu Research Permits (970 KB)
Through this letter, the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education informed the Immigration Office in Palu about the ITST (including a list of international experts that had already received permits). The last paragraph translates: considering there are a lot of international researchers going to Palu without a MORTHE permit, they are requested to take action in accordance to the law and regulation.
